Mum of four Jane Devonshire became the latest amateur chef to be crowned MasterChef Champion on Friday. Almost six million people tuned in to see her lift the custom trophy thanks to a menu of winkles on toast, curried lamb and rhubarb and custard.
Jane, who told of her 10-year battle with breast cancer, now plans to launch a cookbook. John Torode told Jane he had never seen such determination in a MasterChef contestant and fellow judge Gregg Wallace said: “Jane has had one of the most incredible journeys I’ve witnessed.”
Gaudio Awards are extremely proud to have supplied the MasterChef trophies for a number of years and it's usually the first award people recognise when they visit our showroom.
